Outbound channels apply only to outgoing calls to numbers in the North American numbering plan with the exception of a few destinations.
Inbound channels apply to calls received by your local phone numbers. These channels are bonded to the use of all of your local numbers.
The bi-directional channels allow you to use it in both directions, you must keep a ratio close to 50%.
