If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of activating your account, simply cancel your account by way of the Contact form present in contact section with a brief explanation. The account balance will be refunded.
- Any customer whose account has been suspended or terminated due to the breach of any part of the Terms forfeits eligibility for the money-back guarantee.
- Any customer who has received a refund in the past, or has been a customer in the past 90 days, is not eligible for the money-back guarantee. The balance of your account (if greater than $5.00) will be refunded.
Police Applicable to New Products/Devices
- The seller offers a 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase on all new equipment sold. During this period, the buyer must assume the handling and delivery charges to send the defective device to the seller. In the event that the device is replaced or repaired, it will be returned to the buyer and the handling and delivery charges will be borne by the seller. The product must be returned to the registered office of the seller in its original packaging with all its components (original packaging, user guide, charger, etc.). If the buyer has opted for the device configuration, the seller will bear the cost to reprogram the device.
- Beyond the 30-day period, the manufacturer's warranty applies. Replacement management, device configuration, handling and delivery charges are assumed by the buyer. The seller cannot in any way be held responsible for any defect or problem resulting from the equipment connected to it, and the only remedy of the buyer in such a case is against the manufacturer.
All equipment refunds are subject to a return/restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of the product.
