  • Q: Billing modes and terms
    A:

All client accounts are initially in "Prepaid" mode. To have a "Postpaid" account, your credit card must be added to your account as well as the automatic withdrawals for a period of six (6) months. After the six (6) months period, your account should read as never having been late for payment. You can request a "Postpaid" account with an overdraft protection (the amount of protection depends on your usage). A deposit is required and will be added back to the account after six (6) months of on time payment.

Prepaid Mode - Pay as you go (the account should always have funds).

A "Prepaid" account must always have a positive balance at all times that covers the current month and the next month fees. The billing period is the first of every month and covers the amount for your telephone numbers (DID'S) from the previous month. Also, on the first of the month, we apply the charges for renewable services (certain plans only) for the current month.

If your total monthly bill is $40, your account should always have a minimum of $80 to cover your current month fees of $40 and your next month fees of $40.

Postpaid Mode - Pay your bill when the invoice has been received.

An account in "Postpaid" status is billed the first of every month. The amount due reflects the invoice emitted for the previous month's usage and must be paid in full according to the terms on your account (NET10; NET15) which means you have a maximum of either 10 or 15 days to pay your bill without being considered late.

  • Q: Can you port Vonage numbers?
    A:

Yes, we can port Vonage numbers, unless it is a number from an area we do not cover.

We might need to know the LEC name (Local Exchange Carrier) that provides the service to Vonage. You will need to have this information in hand before we can start the process. This can be requested directly to Vonage.

Do not hesitate to ask us if a specified number is portable by using the following tool.
