    Yes we do! The Virtual Attendant service will allow all your employees to be reachable at any time on their phone.

    Although human intervention remains the best choice for greeting your callers, with the help of a few personalized recordings, this service allows you to reduce this load, filter calls at the source and even route calls outside of office hours.

  • Q: How to change the correspondence/email language.
    A:

    To change the correspondence/email language, access your account and follow these steps:

    1. Click on "Account Preferencesin the "Account" section, via the main menu.
       
    2. Click on the tab "Correspondences".
       
    3. Select your "Preferred Language", English or Français.
       
    4. Click "Save".

    Here's all the currently supported file formats using our Mail2Fax service:

    Cover page (embedded in email body):

    The email body can be either HTML or PLAIN TEXT

    • JPG/JPEG - Image in JPEG format
    • BMP - Image in Bitmap format
    • GIF - Image in Graphic Interchange Format
    • PNG - Image in Portable Network Graphics format

    File attachments:

    • PDF - Adobe Acrobat file
    • TXT - Text file
    • JPG/JPEG - Image in JPEG format
    • BMP - Image in Bitmap format
    • GIF - Image in Graphic Interchange Format
    • PNG - Image in Portable Network Graphics format
    • HTML - Hypertext file
    • TIF/TIFF - Image of TIFF file format
    • DOC/DOCX - Microsoft Word file
    • XLS/XLSX - Microsoft Excel file
    IMPORTANT
    • There is no limit to the number of files you can include as attachments to your email.
    • There is a total limit of 30 Megabytes for the size of the email, with a limit of 150 pages.
  • Q: Mail2Fax (Email to Fax) - Customizing your cover page

    Here are the information you can customize in the cover page when sending faxes by email:

    • Name and address of origin
      Name and address of the default profile
       
    • Name and address of the destination (TO)
      First Name/Last Name (if using address book) and/or fax number 
       
    • Subject
      Email subject
       
    • Content
      Text or HTML content
       
    • CC and BCC 
      Ignored when sending multiple faxes, but not for email
       
    • Priority
      Ignored for the moment

    You can also deactivate the cover page in your fax profile. In this case, only the email attachments will be sent to the fax.
