    It is not necessary to own VoIP phones to use our service.

    You can use regular phones through a phone adapter such as the Cisco SPA112 or the Linksys PAP2T-NA for example, or you can simply use a softphone such as Zoiper.

  • Q: Can I receive my virtual faxes in multiple email addresses?
    A:

    The virtual fax profile can be configured to receive faxes to one email address per DID.

    However, should you want to receive faxes at multiple email addresses simultaneously, you can use an email distribution list (contact your web hosting company). You can also create a message rule in your favorite mail software for it to automatically forward your fax to more than one email address.

  • Q: Do you offer any sort of Interactive Voice Response service (IVR)?

    Yes we do! The Virtual Attendant service will allow all your employees to be reachable at any time on their phone.

    Although human intervention remains the best choice for greeting your callers, with the help of a few personalized recordings, this service allows you to reduce this load, filter calls at the source and even route calls outside of office hours.

  • Q: How to change the correspondence/email language.
    A:

    To change the correspondence/email language, access your account and follow these steps:

    1. Click on "Account Preferences" in the "Account" section, via the main menu.
       
    2. Click on the tab "Correspondences".
       
    3. Select your "Preferred Language", English or Français.
       
    4. Click "Save".
