Q: What is the delay for a DID to be added to my account once ordered?A:
It takes 24hrs to 48hrs for an order to be completed and for the DID number to be assigned to your account.
You should receive a reply from us within 24hrs to 48hrs with the status details of your request. For specials orders, delays can be longer.

Q: Is it possible to get sequential local DID numbers?A:
Yes, we can usually get blocks or series of sequential phone numbers.

What is an interactive virtual attendant?
An Interactive virtual attendant allows customers to interact with a company’s automated host system via a telephone keypad and connects customers to the right department or representatives.
Please make sure the following prerequisites have been done:

- We highly suggest you plan your IVR call flow in advance and have our team review it for you.
To add a virtual attendant / IVR, access your account and follow these steps:

Access "Virtual Attendant / IVR" in the "PBX Cloud" section, via the main menu.

Click on the "New" button. You will be prompted to accept the charges, if applicable.

Insert a "Friendly Name" to label your new entry.

What is virtual fax?
The Virtual Fax feature is used to send and receive faxes service using a DID number specifically dedicated to Fax.
To set up a virtual fax, please make sure the following prerequisites have been done:

You have an active DID number (a phone number) that supports Fax (T.38 protocol) in your account.
OR - You need to order a phone number for your virtual fax. You can do so here.
